Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?' A: NO, sorry - Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly forbidden in this unit, on the balcony, and in the resort - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. Smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $300 charge and possible forfeiture of your entire security deposit.
Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, or baby furniture included?'
A: NO - However, there may be left over items in the unit from previous guests which you are free to use. If you use, please remember to leave them when you depart.
Q: 'Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an extra cost?'
A: NO - We don't like having to take bath towels and linens with us on vacation; and we really don't like deceptive pricing that requires us to rent things we NEED for sleeping for an added cost. So, we don't expect our guests to like those things either. QUALITY BATH TOWELS AND LINENS ARE INCLUDED, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Garage parking is free for TWO cars. Parking passes are not needed. All spaces are available and open to use on a first come basis.
Q: 'Are there pool arm bands?'
A: NO - Pool bands are not required at our property.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! We do ask that you pick up after yourselves and treat the property with care so it stays nice for others, but we will send the cleaners in to clean, do laundry, and sanitize after each guest's stay. We ask that you follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher before you leave.
Q: 'Do you allow pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.
Q: 'Is/Are there food/condiments/coffee filters?'
A: NO - This is a self-catering unit. While we will leave condiments and coffee filters in the cupboard that prior guests leave behind, we can’t guarantee that those things will be in the unit. Other types of food items left behind are disposed of at the checkout cleaning.
Q: Any special requirements?
A: Exterior/balcony doors must be kept closed except during ingress/egress. The high humidity causes damage to the air conditioning system and interior of the unit.
Q: Do you rent to persons under 21?
A: At this time, unless an exception is granted, the primary renter/responsible party must be at least 23 years of age and must be present at the condo during the rental. Additional deposit/charges may be required for exceptions.
